Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Woqod is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Conduct research to answer customer inquiries and provide solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues when necessary. 8. Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong decision-making and research abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
