Job Description:
As a Contact Center Associate at Al Shaqab in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner 3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently 4. Provide information about products, services, and promotions 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred 2. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service 3. Strong analytical and presentation skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 6. Proficient in using computers and various software applications 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
