Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Associate to join our team in Doha, QA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, product information, and general support. 3. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Document and update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalations. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time. 8. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the contact center.


Requirements: 1. Resilient attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. 2. Confidence in communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with others. 4. Problem-solving skills to quickly assess situations and find solutions. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
