Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a reliable and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues related to reservations, bookings, and general information - Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, policies, and services - Utilize company systems and databases to access and update customer information - Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
