Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Contact Center Manager Job Description:


Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior level position will have at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, including managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. 3. Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. 4. Lead and motivate a team of contact center agents to achieve performance goals and objectives. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 3. Proven experience in a contact center management role. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Familiarity with contact center technology and software. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
