Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Airways Cargo is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to ensure high performance and productivity. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach contact center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize customer service. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Persuasion skills and critical thinking abilities. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
