Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company. As a part-time position based in Doha, Qatar, this role is ideal for an experienced professional with 8 years of experience in the contact center industry.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize contact center operations and meet key performance indicators. - Manage a team of remote contact center agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service. - Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on customer service goals and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations. - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner. - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery. - Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in contact center management. - Confident and resourceful personality traits. - Strong analytical and creativity skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
