Job Description:
Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operations, including customer service, call handling, and complaint resolution - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive efficiency within the contact center - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the performance of the contact center team - Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize project management skills to lead initiatives aimed at improving contact center processes and procedures - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on contact center goals and objectives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong project management skills - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service
