Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Remote Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and possess strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor and evaluate contact center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Manage a team of remote contact center agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 4. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions regarding staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development. 9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing remote teams. 5. Proficiency in contact center software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Prior experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
