Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Manage a team of contact center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with company standards - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Resourceful and reliable with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Knowledge of contact center best practices and industry trends - Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
