Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Manager to join our team at United Development Company. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


The ideal candidate will be someone who is resilient and independent, able to navigate challenges and make decisions autonomously. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential for this role, as you will be leading a team remotely and interacting with clients on a global scale.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for contact center agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
