Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and reservations - Assist customers with booking and cancellations - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Perform administrative duties as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks - High school diploma or equivalent
