Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Contact Center Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our contact center.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or requests - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and technical support - Process customer orders and provide order status updates - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and independent with a strong work ethic - Leadership and presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
