Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Contact Center Officer in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and resilience to excel in this fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary. 3. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Handling customer complaints with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions. 7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality to thrive in a high-pressure environment. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers. 3. Innovative mindset to adapt to evolving customer needs and technological advancements. 4. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues. 6. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
