Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about company products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Update customer records and databases - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the development of training materials for new hires - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Planning and strategic planning soft skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
