Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, innovative, and creative. The Contact Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking information about Silatech's programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from individuals seeking information about Silatech. 2. Responding to inquiries via email, chat, or social media channels. 3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information about Silatech's programs and initiatives. 4. Collaborating with team members to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of Silatech's programs and initiatives. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
