Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Qatar National Broadband Network. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is a part-time position and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Provide product and service information to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and best practices for customer service
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated - Excellent presentation skills - Experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required - Team player with a positive attitude - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop
