Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Snoonu, a leading on-demand delivery service in Doha, QA, is seeking a motivated and independent Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product and service information to customers. 4. Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
