Job Description:
MEEZA is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade customers when necessary - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
