Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Representative at Qatar Biobank, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from participants, healthcare professionals, and the general public. You will provide information about the biobank, address inquiries, and schedule appointments. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Qatar Biobank and its services to callers. 3. Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Schedule appointments for participants and ensure all necessary information is collected. 5. Maintain records of interactions with callers and update databases accordingly. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 7. Meet and exceed KPIs related to call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction. 8. Continuously improve communication processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the contact center.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively address inquiries and concerns. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
