Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from customers in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and effective manner. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 2. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 6. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 7. Must be able to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 8. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
