Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Silatech is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and independence, as well as strong soft skills in planning and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist customers. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
