Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about our products and services, resolving customer inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues. 3. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong communication and analysis skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
