Job Description:
Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work from home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. This position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service operations. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Previous experience working in a contact center or customer service role. 5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Proven adaptability to changing work environments and tasks. 7. Demonstrated leadership skills. 8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
