Job Description:
MEEZA is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time associate level position, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for effectively handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the company in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role and possess the personality traits of being driven and resilient.
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues - Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service - Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Adhere to performance metrics and KPIs set by management
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Driven and resilient personality traits - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
