Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues - Provide accurate information about products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience and empathy - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Strong planning and organization skills - Innovative mindset to improve customer service processes - Knowledge of CRM software and call center systems - High school diploma or equivalent
