Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist


Job Description: Barwa Group is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and engaging work environment. The Remote Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Handle escalations and complaints with empathy and patience - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent service - Work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance goals and targets


Requirements: - Must be reliable and resourceful in resolving customer issues - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues - No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Must have a quiet home office environment with a reliable internet connection
