Job Description:
Al Shaqab is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages from customers or clients. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, so excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and messages in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain customer records in the database. 5. Utilize persuasion and strategic planning skills to upsell products or services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Assist in training new contact center staff as needed.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. 6. Persuasion skills and strategic planning abilities. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
