Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in providing high-quality service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently - Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Process payments and insurance claims accurately - Listen to and address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with strategic planning and adaptability - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
