Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all passengers using Qatar Rail services. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of customer service areas - Assist passengers with ticket purchases and provide information on train schedules - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Maintain a positive attitude and foster a welcoming environment for all passengers

Requirements: - Reliable and independent individual who can work well in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
