Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Qatar Airways in Doha. As an Entry Level Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers.


Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls and emails from customers with inquiries or issues - Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage allowance, and other related queries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Assisting customers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office - Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
