Job Description:
Vodafone Qatar is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive resolution. 3. Provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and promotions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and continuously improve customer service skills. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. 5. Resilient and driven personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and cooperation as key soft skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
