Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
