Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are independent, resourceful, have strong critical thinking skills, and are adept at people management.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 3. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services. 6. Handling escalations and complaints effectively and professionally. 7. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 8. Keeping abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 5. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
