Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Associate at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the hotel. You will be the first point of contact for any guest inquiries, concerns, or requests, and it will be your duty to ensure that each guest has a positive and memorable experience during their stay.


Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction - Keep detailed records of guest interactions and feedback - Ensure all guest information is kept confidential and secure - Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed - Provide support to other hotel staff as necessary


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles - Confident and resilient personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of hotel operations and services preferred - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
