Estithmar Holding is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who are hardworking and driven, with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
