Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Care Associate to join our team at Qatar Aeronautical College. This is a part-time work from home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Handling customer accounts and processing orders - Conducting research to resolve customer inquiries and problems - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Assisting with special projects and assignments as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Proven ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy - Strong research skills and attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
