Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery. 7. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer retention and loyalty. 8. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. 9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer care team members and provide feedback for improvement. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or customer care management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and people management. 6. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 9. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
