Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service within our establishment.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Train and supervise customer service representatives 3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve services and satisfaction 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Develop strategies to retain and attract customers 7. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to address any issues 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the customer service team


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management 3. Strong analytical and persuasion skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues


Soft Skills: - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and feedback - Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior towards a positive outcome
