Job Description:
As a Customer Care Manager at Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction. Your main goal will be to ensure that our passengers have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they book their tickets until they reach their final destination.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall passenger experience - Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure they are meeting performance goals - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer care process - Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to improve their skills and knowledge - Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in research and analysis - Reliable and able to work under pressure - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
