Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will work remotely from Doha, Qatar, in a part-time capacity at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote customer care representatives - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor customer inquiries and ensure they are being handled effectively - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Provide ongoing training and support to customer care team members - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Dedication and reliability in managing a remote team - Excellent planning and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues worldwide
