Job Description:
Qatar Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team in Doha. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer service role, who possesses strong teamwork and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the customer care team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer care strategies to optimize the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Train and mentor customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service - Act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling escalations and complaints effectively - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead a team and drive results - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
