Job Description:
Barwa Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, the Remote Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer care operations for our diverse range of products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvements. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner. 5. Develop and implement training programs for customer care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Develop and maintain customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer care operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 6 years of experience in customer care management, preferably in a remote work setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proven track record of strategic planning and execution. 6. Confidence and reliability in handling customer care operations. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
