Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Manager to join our team at Qatar National Broadband Network in Doha. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to implement customer-centric initiatives and programs. 6. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and service quality. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and report on customer care metrics to senior management. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care to drive innovation.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer care management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Strong research and analytical skills. 8. Adaptable and motivated personality traits. 9. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
