Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance. This role will be based remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership and support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and make informed decisions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Driven and confident personality traits - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
