Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Msheireb Properties is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Doha, Qatar, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer care team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 4. Support the development and implementation of customer care policies and procedures. 5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with team members. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer care processes. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve customer care services.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer care or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong negotiation and project management skills. 6. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
