Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company. As a part-time employee based in Doha, QA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Providing information about our products and services - Processing customer orders and payments - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with customer retention and loyalty programs - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to demonstrate strategic planning and emotional intelligence - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) - Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
