Job Description:
The Customer Care Officer at Hilton in Doha will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process - Handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner - Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met - Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality - Independent and resilient personality traits - Attention to detail and strong planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
