Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team at Aspire Zone Foundation in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer complaints and escalate them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Independent worker who can take initiative and solve problems efficiently - Strong soft skills including innovation and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
