Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer concerns and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary. 3. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with processing orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. 8. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer care processes.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and hardworking individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 7. Strong research and analysis skills. 8. No previous experience required; training will be provided.
